We offer high-quality construction documents for residential, outdoor living spaces, and commercial projects under 5,000 square feet. Our expertise includes renovations, additions, new construction, and tenant space build-outs. Please note that we are currently unable to accept projects located within the city limits of Petal, MS.

ABOUT
Farve Residential Service, LLC was founded in 2012 as a handyman services provider and rapidly evolved into a licensed residential builder firm. Over time, as other job opportunities arose, the company was placed on hold to maintain its licensing and certifications. In 2023, we embraced the chance to revitalize the business by offering third-party building inspection and drafting/design services. As a result, Farve Residential Service, LLC has transitioned from construction and is now expanding to provide more services and opportunities for our community.

Craig Farve - Owner & Operator
Craig Farve boasts 31 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned a BS degree in Engineering from the University of Southern Mississippi, specializing in Architectural Engineering Technology with a minor in Construction Engineering Technology. Craig possesses an inactive Mississippi State Residential Builder license and previously held a Mississippi State Home Inspector's license, which he surrendered in 2015. He is a certified member of the International Code Council (ICC) and has several certifications, including ICC Residential Combination Inspector and ICC Residential Plans Examiner. Additionally, he holds OSHA-30, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED, and Bloodborne Pathogen certifications. Craig actively participates in several organizations, including the Building Officials Association of Mississippi and the National Association of Homebuilders, and has completed over 260 hours of Continuing Education Credits.
