About Us
Farve Residential Service, LLC brings over thirty (30) years of construction experience to the table. Officially established in 2012, the company has completed projects as a Mississippi State Licensed Residential Builder (now on inactive status), Technical Building and Plumbing Inspector for the City of Hattiesburg, MS, and currently acts as the Contracted Third-Party Building Inspector for the City of Petal, MS and as an approved Third-Party Building Inspector for the City of Hattiesburg, MS. We work to provide building services that are backed by experience, current certifications, and up-to-date continuing education.
Services
Below are a few of our signature services that we provide to our clients. This is not an all-inclusive list and services may be added in the future.
Drafting and Design Services
Farve Residential Service, LLC provides a wide range of drafting services. We specialize in producing construction documents for residential additions, remodels, renovations, and accessory structures; light commercial projects under 5,000 square feet in area; construction as-built drawings; site plans; and outdoor living spaces.
We offer a selection of pre-drawn plans that be modified to meet your needs. We also offer construction documents for select custom projects. These services are not available within the city limits of Petal, Mississippi.
Building Code Inspections
Farve Residential Service, LLC offers municipal, as well as individual building inspections for contractors and municipalities within the Lamar/Forrest county area for both residential and commercial projects. We also provide construction plans reviews, life/safety assessments, FHA/HUD inspections, handicap accessibility inspections, and code consultations. These services can be extended outside of the Lamar/Forrest county area for an additional fee and approval from the permitting jurisdiction. These services are not available within the city limits of Petal, Mississippi.
Other Services Offered
Farve Residential Service, LLC strives to offer other services to help our community. We are in the process of adding 3D printing services to our service line-up. In addition, we offer large media printing services, with a maximum print size is 24"x36" on 20# bond paper.

I am Craig the owner/operator of Farve Residential Service, LLC. I have worked within the Residential and Commercial Construction field for over 30 years. I have a Bachelors of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi with a major in Architectural Engineering Technology and a minor in Construction Engineering Technology. I have a Mississippi State Residential Builders license on inactive status, have held a Mississippi State Home Inspector's license, have multiple International Code Council certifications, including Residential Combination Inspector, Building Inspector, and Residential Plans Examiner. I hold certificates in OSHA 30 training, Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED training, and Blood-Bourne Pathogen training. I have also completed over 200 hours of continuing education training. I look forward to utilizing my skills on your next project.
